One of the world's leading providers of intelligent IoT solutions and services, with a strong focus on video-centric technologies is seeking a talented and motivated Channel Sales Engineer to join their team and contribute to success in the memory and storage industry.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.


• Develop new partners within the assigned region/country and monitor partners' sales performance, including stock management.


• Drive sales and manage daily account activities with key channel partners.


• Review and forecast order, inventory, and sales data to identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges.


• Execute and manage commercial strategies, including MSRP, distribution criteria, partner evolution, and channel compensation schemes.


• Manage the sales channels, ensuring effective coverage both online and offline.


• Organize product training and examinations for partners, dealers, and shop promoters in line with product launch schedules.


• Conduct market research and analyze competitive product information, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Provide monthly analysis and countermeasure recommendations.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the memory products business.


• Proficient in business English, with the ability to conduct negotiations and communications fluently.


• Ability to independently carry out business development activities with strong market development and sales capabilities.


• Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and customer service.


• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
